Rattana Rangsan Palace

       Rattana Rangsan Palace is located at the Rattana Rangsan foothills, This throne hall was re-built in memory of royal visits by 3 kings. It was built of teakwood and iron wood. It is an essential tourist spot of Ranong province.
      Built in remembrance of the visits by King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) in 1890, King Vijiravudh (Rama VI) in 1909 and King Prajadhipok (Rama VII) in 1982, it is one of Ranong's important tourist attractions, located at the foot of Niwet Khiri hill (Close to the Old city hall) in Tambon Niwet.
      Constructed with Teak wood and Malabar ironwood, the palace exhibits King Rama V's bedroom (on 3rd floor), 6 queen chambers (on 2nd floor), octagonal building, throne hall, a bridge linking the royal residence with the octagonal building.

Grass Mountain (Phu-Khao-Ya)

Grass Mountain, Ranong province. Known to local residents by a variety of names and endearingly referred to
as Thailand's version of a Swiss pasture.
Grass Mountain is the plain, treeless mountain covered by grass can be clearly noticed. In the rainy season,
the mountain is verdant green becoming brown in summer, it is an amazing attraction that can be visited throughout the year. Although Ranong is quite hilly, there is none as outstanding and noticeable as this mountain.

Ban Ngao Temple

After lunch, go to Ranong province, take everyone to Ban Ngao Temple, In history is a House of monks become to Temple in 1987. The highlight at Wat Ban Ngao is the world’s biggest Buddha statue made from tin in the attitude of subduing Mara. The temple complex is filled with calm atmosphere. From the temple, we can spot the Ngao Waterfall flowing down from a mountain.
At the rear of the ordination hall, there are 300 flights of stairs leading to the top where Buddhists ring bells for a good luck and we can see a panoramic view over looking Ranong city.

Ranong Souvenirs shop

Take everyone to OTOP shop with many souvenirs from Ranong such as Shrimp paste, Cashew nuts, dried seafood, dried shrimp and coffee Cashew nuts are Ranong’s local products, furthermore, dried seafood, shrimp paste, and dried shrimp are popular ones to purchase.
